The Purpose of Reincarnation: Pt. 1

What is Reincarnation and why does it exist?
Reincarnation is the concept that a soul can be born multiple times by getting a new physical body.We are a soul first, and then we become more than spirit, when we get a new body.
There is no true death, only new beginnings. Nobody truly dies. Energy can never be destroyed nor created, it can only be transformed. The same goes for us, for we are made up of Energy. We are consciousness encapsulated into a human vessel.

Some reincarnate to help and assist others. Some come back to redeem themselves from past bad karma by doing good deeds.  And others come to explore, to experience and enjoy the earthly pleasures of this world.
Our purpose is to learn and grow. We are to experience everything there is to experience and become the greatest versions of ourselves.
No character can be developed unless we are challenged. This dual world is the one world that can give us the opportunity to develop merit.
We also have to serve out any bad karma collected from past lives. We can wash them away through good deeds. Once we have reached the pinnacle of true enlightenment, only then shall we ascend to higher heights (other worlds, other realms) and continue exploring the infinite.

We are infinite spiritual beings having a human experience. Not the other way around.

We are multidimensional. We learn all kinds of lessons from experiencing different lives.

Our Higher selves  orchestrated these tests and trials for us, to see how we handle it and for us to learn ourselves deeper through these different experiences.  We learn how to express the Force within us, the great Spirit or spark of the Divine (God) through our actions and deeds.

Stay tuned for part two, where I talk about karma being intricately connected with reincarnation and how we can rise above the vicious cycle of bad karma.

Fear Is Overrated, Pursue Your Higher Calling!

I don’t have the money, I don’t have the time, I don’t have the experience or skillset,  it’s too late, it’s too risky, I don’t have the connections or support, there are other people who are more qualified than me,  and the list goes on and on.

Ever heard of these excuses? Do they sound familiar? These are some things people tell themselves for why they can’t pursue their dreams.

Today I’m going to share with you why you shouldn’t let fear, doubt, or even your Ego get in the way of you pursuing your higher calling.

When Ego Tries To Get In The Way

When people are scared of pursuing their higher calling, it’s because they haven’t distanced themselves enough from their false sense of self. You are not the one that’s afraid, the true essence of you isn’t the one doubting your capabilities and talent.

It is your Ego that is afraid. What it is that you’re wanting to do is something that goes beyond your Ego, something that is closer to your soul, or your higher self’s aspirations and plans. The Ego is who you think are, and if you’re wanting to do something that’s ‘out of character,’ then your ego will try to trick you into being afraid. It will try to convince you to have this fear of failure or even fear of success. When really it’s an aspect of your ego that’s afraid of being left behind.

The mind can create all kinds of constraints and barriers, and somehow make it seem logical. But it’s all a mind-construct, it’s just a way of thinking. A thought pattern can easily be broken through persistence and awareness.

When people experience Ego death, they have transformed, transcended, or killed an old part of themselves that wasn’t serving in any positive way. It’s like killing off a character that had no real purpose for existing other than trying to hinder you from going beyond the limits you or others might’ve placed upon yourself in the past. We as humans have a tendency to place limits upon ourselves or beliefs that limit us in some way, and it’s totally unnecessary! Ask yourself: who said this? What proof do you really have that supports this belief or limit? Did God say it Himself?

We tend to project our fears onto others and assume that they believe these things about us so therefore we shouldn’t even try. But how many of these beliefs are self-imposed? You’d be surprised to know that many or most of those beliefs are fears your own mind has conjured up, causing you to believe that they’re true. But it’s just f.e.a.r. False evidence appearing real. Most of these beliefs aren’t or wouldn’t even be true, had we not put so much energy or attention on it. Our consciousness is what charges things, ideas, and thoughts into materializing into our reality. “Where Focus Goes, Energy Flows.”

When People Doubt You

Sometimes negative thoughts don’t come from your own mind, sometimes you are actually sensing somebody’s thoughts towards you. I know I just said what i did earlier, but this part is true so I might as well bring it up. And so what if others have told you many times that you couldn’t do or achieve something. Did you believe them? Have you allowed yourself to CHOOSE to believe in what they are saying, instead of what your own heart is telling you to do? It’s a choice. It’s always a choice. Nobody should let anybody tell them what they can or can’t achieve, because if they did we wouldn’t have everything that we have now.

Doctors, scientists, writers, poets, painters, entrepreneurs, don’t you think that at some point they or somebody else has ever doubted them? Did they let that stop them?

When The Biggest Doubter Is Yourself

The worst critic in the world can be your own self. You are indeed the one who’s 100% with you all of the time. Sometimes, we fear pursuing what we love because we feel like we’ll fail at it and the thought of that might make us hate what we once loved. With me, it was writing. My mind would come up with many reasons why I shouldn’t be a writer, why I’m not good enough. But no matter how much these voices tried to convince me to stop, I couldn’t. I kept naturally gravitating back to it, without thinking, without forcing myself to.

It was like I needed it like I need oxygen to breathe. When I realized how much I still loved writing, whether the days are bright or dim, that’s when I knew it was truly me. It’s a part of who I am. This is what I’m meant to do. This was the tool I’ve chosen to express my essence. So for those who are clairvoyants, healers, shamans, writers, painters, musicians, whatever—when something is truly You, you can’t turn it off. You take it with you everywhere you go, there’s no escaping it. So why not just embrace this gift you’ve been given? This is the very gift you are meant to give to others! Pursue your higher calling.

As Long As The Universe Supports You, That’s All You Need

When you choose to walk in the divine plan and pursue your soul’s purpose, the Universe will make room for you. The Universe can conspire and make things happen. Opportunities will knock at your door, or you can knock at the door and be welcomed right in. By pursuing your dream with love and passion, being driven by love instead of fear, nothing can stand in the way of your destiny. When things are meant to be, everything will naturally fall into place.

Why You Should Believe In Your Dreams

Why should you believe in your dreams?

Because everything we have now was once a dream, a vision, something that came from the realm of possibility. Everything you see around you was once an idea, a product from somebody’s imagination. And through belief, and unwavering perseverance they brought it into this physical realm. Manifested it into their reality.

This ability is inside of all of us. Most people don’t know that they truly have the power to change their own lives, to make their dreams a reality. And it’s all because they didn’t allow themselves to believe. Faith is not everything, but it’s hope that keeps us going and drives us on when the times get tough. Giving up is the quickest way to failure. There’s no other way around it. People who give up on their dreams, give away their chances of ever succeeding in making them a reality. Sometimes Failure comes first before Success shows up. That doesn’t mean you should throw in the towel at the first fail.

If you think about it, there are infinite universes with endless possibilities that can become different realities in parallel universes. I know that’s a mouthful, but it’s true. Scientists are discovering these other universes and dimensions (CERN). There are multi-universes and in these universes, whatever possibility that could happen has already happened or is happening. That possibility is true.  So imagine, you are already living this dream of yours in one of these universes. You have to be, because it’s possible, right? Perhaps that’s one of the reasons why you have this strong desire to make this dream a reality! Because an aspect of your consciousness is aware of that reality already existing, and your heart wishes to merge with this reality. Consciousness is not bound by time and space. Burt Goldman is the founder of Quantum Jumping, he has mastered the ability to jump into parallel universes and meet his alternate selves. He’s now a successful author, artist, musician, and photographer. And he’s only 89! He believed he could be anything he wanted, and when he saw himself living out one of his dreams, he knew it was possible for him too.

Somebody (a version of you) has to live out this possibility, right? If this dream is something you can’t imagine not doing or pursuing, if this is something you can’t imagine living life without or doing anything other than this, then it may be meant for this you to live out this dream.

This dream could be your soul’s calling. This version of you, right now, will live this life as *insert your name* only once. Sure, your soul never dies. Just like energy can never be destroyed or created, and we are made up of energy. But still, this current identity you have will only be once. The many versions of you throughout the universes will only be once. Out of all of you, don’t you want to be the one who lives their life full of meaning? That does what you once thought impossible? You can do it. The fact that you even have this vision of being *insert whatever* and not something else, means that you know deep down it’s possible. You are just afraid. It’s your Ego’s false sense of self that makes you think you can’t do something but the real you is Capable.

In the next post, I will write about why Ego tries to get in the way of you and your dreams.

How To Break Old Patterns

Everything is about patterns. Life is a series of patterns. We are all repeating ourselves, our patterns, our archetypes, life after life. We are all characters  on a stage we call Life.

I  know what it means to be afraid of a same old pattern repeating itself, always ending with the same unsatisfying result. I’ve been there. Especially with friendships, I’d be afraid of making new friends because I thought somehow I would end up losing them. And guess what? That’s exactly what would happen. There was always something, they moved away, our parents didn’t get along with theirs, I wasn’t ‘cool’ enough, we didn’t have much in common so we grew apart, etc…so what I feared the most is what would happen.

I had developed this belief that I wasn’t worthy of friends. That somehow I was just doomed to a fate without true friends. But eventually I realized that it’s not the circumstances that cause the same pattern to repeat itself, we are the same pattern that keeps repeating itself. We carry these beliefs in our pockets, so-to-speak, everywhere we go.  And those beliefs end up becoming our reality. The beliefs start to manifest and become real-like, because we have allowed ourselves to think that their real. We’ve given our will to this false belief.

It’s like the new situations in life are the stage props and new people are the new characters. They are the only things that are different, and yet we as the main characters in our story haven’t changed (because we carry these old beliefs in our pockets). And so the story or situation will end just like the previous one did. Because the main character made a choice (consciously or subconsciously) that they will stay the same, and therefore the story must end the same way. The old pattern repeats itself.

But we can choose to create a new pattern, become that new pattern, and the story shall follow suit.

How do we do this:

1) Setting the Intention: By setting your will to do something different, something that you haven’t done before.

2) Taking Action: Actions define who you are. You are what you do.

Here is an example: say someone wishes to quit smoking.

First, they have to set their intention and declare to themselves they are consciously making the decision to quit smoking, once and for all.

Second, they need to visualize themselves actually doing the action of quitting. They have to realize that they will need to throw away all the cigarettes. And every time that they go out to the store, or whatever, they’ll need to avoid them. When someone offers them one, they’ll have to decline.

Third, make all of this a reality. Walk this out. Do your best to combine your Intention to quit smoking with the Action of avoiding the opportunity to smoke.

Now that third one might be easier said than done. It’s because the person has become accustomed to smoking, it might be a nervous habit, something that they do to calm down their nerves. Something to distract them from all the stress in their life. So we need something else to fill in the void.

Fourth, find a better solution. Breathing techniques can help this person relieve their stress. Meditation, yoga, peaceful music, even herbal tea could help relieve anxiety. White ginseng is another good substitute. You can do your own research.

The only thing that could determine whether or not the story ends the same way, is you. You would say that you are a different person now, then you were six months ago, right? By now, you carry some new beliefs in your pockets than the half a year ago you did. When you go to the same places, things are a bit different. In similar situations you’ve had before, you might now make a different choice instead of the one you used to make, and so the result becomes different than last time.

Things can be different if you are different.  Intentions and Actions are the only things that can determine your life’s pattern. If your intention is to not repeat your old patterns or somebody else’s, you have to take action of doing something different that makes you different. You have to do something that sets you apart, that makes you truly an individual. Introducing something new, something that’s better, you are creating a life with better results.

“When patterns are broken, new worlds emerge.”

The Art of True Transformation

True Transformation is Dying.

A metaphysical death, a spiritual death, an Ego death. A lot of people call it the Dark Night of the Soul. Some call it being born anew. Going through being stripped of everything you thought you were, all of the beliefs you believed to be true. You don’t see yourself the same anymore. You don’t see people the same anymore. Heck, maybe you didn’t even notice the people around you BEFORE all of this happened to you, and now that you’ve been Awakened, you truly SEE the people around you for the first time in your life. You see the whole world with fresh new eyes.

As our old selves die, a new version of ourselves emerges and therefore we are reborn. One of the terms for this is Ego Death. Transformation is killing old aspects of ourselves that no longer served us in a positive way, so we can continue to evolve and grow as souls.

To remember our true selves, we’d have to forget our old false sense of self.

I will tell you a little story. When I was younger, I used to dream a lot about snakes. At the time I was going through a lot of emotional times.  I used to fight and argue a lot with my siblings and parents, I often felt misunderstood by everyone. I was losing sleep due to phobias and worst case scenarios. My mind couldn’t shut off with excessive thoughts of what-ifs. Fear and guilt was ruling my life. Snakes was just another thing to be afraid of, I thought. But one night something happened that caused me stop having nightmares about snakes.  I saw a ‘spirit’ of a snake. That’s the only way I could describe it.  I was just going through another restless night. I was lying on my side, and when I turned over,  I saw black eyes staring back at me. A snake. He was about medium-sized, he was grey but sometimes even looked translucent. He was lying only a few inches away from me.  I wasn’t dreaming. I could distinguish between reality and a nightmare, and this wasn’t a dream. But I wasn’t fully awake either. I was in a state of consciousness between sleep and awake. This snake just stared at me, and for a second I felt that pang of fear crawl up in me and I realized I couldn’t move, nor yell for my parents. The fear intensified. But then the moment passed and I realized how calm this snake is. It was so still. We stare at each other for awhile, it could have been a minute, it could have been an hour. I don’t know how long it was, but by the time he disappeared and I gained full control of my body, I wasn’t afraid of snakes anymore.  Of course, I woke up my parents and told them all about the snake. They looked for it, and looked for it but couldn’t find it. They told me ‘It must have been a dream.” But I know what I saw.  Now usually, you’d think that this experience would only cause my fear of snakes to increase, but nope. I actually love snakes now. 🙂 Years fast forward, and now I see that this experience and the dreams was a significant symbol for me. Snakes represent transformation. Renewal, regeneration, rebirth. It even represents healing! After that period of my life ended, a new beginning began and I started working my way out of living life through Fear. Now I try my best to live life through Love. Perfect Love casts out all fear, right?

I told you this story because I believe that by facing our fears head-on, by truly facing ourselves for what we are, and questioning all of the things we allowed ourselves to believe…by actually make the choice to kill or get rid of our old selves that don’t serve us in a positive way, only then will we have truly achieved transformation. Transcendence beyond the Ego.

We are what we do. When we make the choice to stop doing what our old selves used to do, and begin to do things closer to our true selves,  we begin to grow into a different person.

As a new person, whatever that was keeping us stuck (or oppressed) no longer does anymore. Now, we are free to be our truest self.

Death is a beautiful thing.
