Life Update! June 2017

School, NaNoWriMo, Writing, Traveling, Family, Learning, Religion. All of these things and more has captured my attention and energy.

For those who are true followers of this blog, I am sorry for the absence! No amount of excuses and reasons could erase the 8 months that I haven’t posted anything. I can only hope that by providing you all with the truth, it could be remedied.

To be completely honest, as many drafts I’ve written and had the intention of posting onto this blog, I just haven’t found the time or motivation to follow through. Upon the many awakenings I’ve had about life and the spirit realm in general, the biggest of them all was the fact that I didn’t, couldn’t, and wouldn’t forget G-d. I think that’s the biggest reason why I’ve been away. So many people in the Spiritual Community talk about leaving religion behind and not believing in a Higher Power. This, above all other things, is something that I cannot believe to be true for myself. A lot of people on this site (or people that I used to know), who claim to be spirituals, go by this system.

There was no one I could look to, could feel validated by, or just have a common conviction that G-d is real, always been real, will always exist even when we don’t. I had to stay true to myself, but at the time I had forgotten myself,  so I had to withdraw.

I went deeper into my own soul and started searching the ultimate truth. Religion has always played a major role in my life, Judaism, Christianity, Islam, all three have been present in my upbringing. The common thread was the belief in a Higher Power.

I’ve reached the conclusion that while Astral Projecting, Lucid Dreaming, Reincarnation, Past Lives, Chakra Work, Angels and Demons all exist—there is a Higher Power above it all. I call Him the G-d of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob. And I no longer need to feel validated by anyone or anything to believe this true reality for myself.

As for the other reasons/excuses/areas of life:

  1. I’m graduating from High School in two weeks!
  2. In November of 2016, I wrote the first draft of a novel I’ve been planning for two years! I also joined a Writer’s Group and attended my first workshop.
  3. I attended this awesome event known as Book Con this year. It was held in New York and I got to spend four amazing days there and in New Jersey. It was my first trip out of state, so it was amazing to finally travel and visit new places and experience new things.
  4. After graduating, I will be mainly focused on taking writing courses and starting a new blog that focuses on the Writing Process and Book reviews.
  5. I’m at a point in my life where G-d is put above everything else, while spiritual realities and all that comes with it are connected through His Word.

It was an amazing feeling to have written my first novel, read my work to a group of people that I didn’t know but eventually grew to know a little better, and then visit one of the places that I’ve dreamed of visiting for a long time.

Now here comes the part where I talk about what will happen to this blog…

For now, I don’t think there will be any new posts in regards to spirituality on this blog. Since I’m starting a new one, my focus will be mainly on that one. I see that some people come across my old posts every now and then, but it probably won’t hurt to work on this book that I believe will help people see the world differently, like the Matrix movies. (Hint: the initial concept of my story was actually inspired by the Matrix movies, Inception, and common knowledge about the spirit realm).

If there is anyone who would like me to write about something or talk about something, perhaps I can. Otherwise, I’ll be working on other projects.

Until next time,

Tiffany

Motivation And Where To Find It

Here are two things that some people might mistake for the other; inspiration and motivation.
There is a distinction between them.  Inspiration is mostly found on the outside of self (books, movies, songs, pictures, places, people, etc…) while motivation is something that stems from inside of you. It’s important to know the distinction so that you could summon whichever one you need at the moment.
You may be a student struggling in school or you might be someone working to live the dream life you’ve always wanted. Whoever you are, whatever your battle may be, here are a few pieces of advice to help you stay motivated.
  • Slow down: Don’t stress about the things that aren’t really significant. Sometimes you just need to take a break from some things. Recharging is important. If taking a break means taking a week off to unplug or just taking a break from something else or whatever, then by all means, take the break. Afterward, you’ll be feeling much more inspired, energetic, and ready to tackle whatever.
  • Daily To-Do List: a list full of things you need to do and strongly desire to do.
If you narrow it down to what you need to do and what you strongly desire to do, it’ll have you stay focused and not stressed over so many little things.

What is a major difference between people who are successfully productive and ones who are not? The successful ones prioritize! Everyone has 24-hours, nobody is short-changed. So what makes us all different is how we use that time, and what we prioritize.

  • Motivation list: One of the ways I summon mine is by writing down a list of reasons why I want a particular outcome. I actually wrote a list of reasons why I want to become a published author. Some were things like making my parents proud and knowing their sacrifices mattered. Others were  how I didn’t want to let this life pass by without following my dream. This story was given to me for a reason and I owe it to my family, my Creator, and myself to make this happen. No talents nor gifts should ever be wasted. They were given to us to give to others and this is how we change the world.  I wrote a lot of reasons but I’ll just leave these ones here.

Keep this list! Maybe even carry it in your pocket or somewhere you could see it every day, especially when you need it.

I know it’s been awhile since I’ve posted anything, but there is good reason for that! In my next post, I shall explain further.

How to Remember Your Past Lives

Half the world believes in reincarnation and past lives, while the other half does not.

If you wish to understand your past lives, here are a few steps you can take.

Look for patterns. Past, Present, and Future are all happening simultaneously. Aspects from either one can seep into your current reality. What I mean by looking for patterns is say for example: you keep attracting a certain type of energy into your life. This energy could an archetype like a person, or it could even be a certain type of situations.

This is especially true for when karma is involved. You might attract to yourself a situation and it may be for you to redeem yourself? Or maybe for you to learn a type of lesson and the person or situation involved is the teacher of that lesson. Everyone is a teacher. Everything can teach you something.

Also,  remember karma can be involved in a good way.

Ask yourself: What strongly resonates with you? Places, cultures, a certain period of time in history…

For me, it has always been two places, Ancient Kemet (aka Egypt) and Paris, France. For as long as I can remember, I always wanted to (re)visit France. I believe that perhaps in a past life I had an enjoyable experience there. The memory was so fond that when I reincarnated, I wished to go back immediately. My mother says one of the nicknames she’d given me when I was a baby was ‘French.’ I asked her why she nicknamed me that, and she said she didn’t know. It just came to her.

It was only a year or two since I found out about my connection with the goddess Sekhmet and Queen Nefertiti. I’m not saying I’m either one, but the familiarity of them and Egyptian culture and mythology are undeniable.

What has always fascinated you or something you loved even as a young child? A favorite hobby, perhaps. This may be model airplanes, painting, the stars, it could be anything. But I’m talking about an attraction that’s so strong, you still have it even today.

Becoming more spiritual. Meditate, meditate, meditate. Learn how to clear your mind or as my father says ‘blanking out the mind.’ This is especially important because when the mind is full of external distractions or stress from excess worrying, it becomes harder to receive information that is beyond this one life. As you pull away from the distractions, as you begin clearing your mind more often (and for longer periods of time), you open the doors within your soul to pour forth and you’ll become more aware of your eternal being.

Access The Akashic Records. There are a couple of ways of doing this, but the most common are astral projecting and finding your akashic records in the astral plane.

Our most recent past life has affected this life, whether it was in a dominantly wonderful way or negative way. Acknowledge that whatever happened has already happened and fully embrace that. Know that what we choose to do now is what matters now.  We can take back our power to change our lives for the better.

Keep in mind that it’s best our purpose for remembering our previous life is to help make sense of our present existence.

The Purpose of Reincarnation: Pt. 2

Reincarnation is intricately linked to karma (the universal law of cause and effect).

Some people view Reincarnation as something negative, because of the consequences when one has sown much bad karma.  But originally, Karma was made to be good. For everything God created was good.

Karma
Karma is the collection of our actions and deeds from previous lives and the current one we’re living now. Karma is important. Whether you believe in it or not, it’s real and it can affect us here and ripple effects onward our future lives.
Often times when people hear about reincarnation, they think of it as a way of being trapped in a destructive and miserable cycle. But if we choose to abide by the universal laws and golden rules found in the holy books (Torah, Christian bible, or Quran) then we can elevate and raise our vibration. Everyone needs something to guide them, something to remind them of their Moral Compass.

Nature Can Be A Great Sign Of Reincarnation

The four seasons shows us that life has a pattern. The trees and plants die, only to be revived to live another day. It always comes back stronger and lovelier.  🙂
Fruits and vegetables are a great representation for reincarnation and karma. In particular, the cucumber is a great sign that we can look at from different angles.
When you cut up the cucumber, there are many slices that originated from one big organism. These slices are like souls, and each slice of cucumber has a pocket of seeds within it. These seeds can represent knowledge or information hidden within the slice (soul).  The information embedded in the soul can be accessed through Soul Memory.

This is why some children seem wise beyond their years and it’s because it’s an old soul reincarnated into a new body. If it is a wise soul, it doesn’t matter what kind of information they’ve been given in this current lifetime or not, they can know things that most adults don’t even realize, through soul memory.

Examples

Examples of this would be the musical greats: Mozart (was composing entire symphonies at the age of six years old), and Beethoven (at the age of seven, he gave his first public performance at Cologne). A modern day story is one James Leininger, the six-year-old reincarnated World War 2 pilot. His story is one that may interest you, so if you haven’t heard of it go on and read about it.

These accounts prove that memory can go beyond the brain, memories and information are not just left behind completely. It was easier for these people to remember skills or aspects of their previous lives, because there wasn’t as much distraction. There wasn’t as much pollution in the mind (television, video games, substances, bad food, bad music, etc…) so their minds were more open to receiving the memories/knowledge embedded in the soul.

In my next post, I’m going to write about Past Lives and how we can remember them or at least get an idea of what it may have been like.

The Purpose of Reincarnation: Pt. 1

What is Reincarnation and why does it exist?
Reincarnation is the concept that a soul can be born multiple times by getting a new physical body.We are a soul first, and then we become more than spirit, when we get a new body.
There is no true death, only new beginnings. Nobody truly dies. Energy can never be destroyed nor created, it can only be transformed. The same goes for us, for we are made up of Energy. We are consciousness encapsulated into a human vessel.

Some reincarnate to help and assist others. Some come back to redeem themselves from past bad karma by doing good deeds.  And others come to explore, to experience and enjoy the earthly pleasures of this world.
Our purpose is to learn and grow. We are to experience everything there is to experience and become the greatest versions of ourselves.
No character can be developed unless we are challenged. This dual world is the one world that can give us the opportunity to develop merit.
We also have to serve out any bad karma collected from past lives. We can wash them away through good deeds. Once we have reached the pinnacle of true enlightenment, only then shall we ascend to higher heights (other worlds, other realms) and continue exploring the infinite.

We are infinite spiritual beings having a human experience. Not the other way around.

We are multidimensional. We learn all kinds of lessons from experiencing different lives.

Our Higher selves  orchestrated these tests and trials for us, to see how we handle it and for us to learn ourselves deeper through these different experiences.  We learn how to express the Force within us, the great Spirit or spark of the Divine (God) through our actions and deeds.

Stay tuned for part two, where I talk about karma being intricately connected with reincarnation and how we can rise above the vicious cycle of bad karma.

4 Ways To Cultivate Self-Love

If you want more love in your life, you have to become Love.

You achieve this by developing self-love. What would you make you love yourself more? If you looked more attractive?  If you were rich? If you were taller, shorter? Stronger, smarter, popular?

People often get stuck in a cycle of always wanting something more. One person wishes they had straighter hair, another wished they had waves or curls. One wants to be taller, another wants to be shorter. Everybody wants something that they don’t have.

What is it that really makes a person lovable? Their heart, their soul, and their mind. Those things mean far more than most people will ever know. Those things are the true essence of beauty. The beauty of the heart and soul is the only kind that lasts forever.

What are ways to show you love yourself? Here are four ways you can start cultivating self-love:

  1. Write a list of ten things you love about yourself. Ten things. It can be as simple as the color of your eyes to something deeper such as your compassionate, caring heart. The goal is to train yourself to find the positives or things that are lovely about yourself. And when I say ‘find’ I’m not saying it’s something that is hard. Your perception is what makes it seem like a hard task, but really isn’t. The stars shine whether anyone acknowledges it or not. The same goes for the things that make you special. I’m sure you can find lots of things that are good about yourself, about others, about things.
  2.  Replace all the negative words you (or others) use to describe or associate with you, with positive ones. Stop criticizing yourself for your flaws, imperfections, and shortcomings. Instead, praise and cherish your good traits and attributes. You have the choice of doing either one, to criticize or to cherish. To sink into deeper depression and self-hate, or deeper appreciation and self-love. How can anyone expect you to love them when you don’t even have that love for yourself?
  3. Take better care of your health. Good mothers-to-be try to make sure they eat right and healthy for their babies because they care about the health of their new child. We should all take that same approach, that same caring and aim it towards ourselves. You deserve to be happy and healthy, you deserve to enjoy a healthier lifestyle that shows you value your own self-worth.
  4.  Give yourself the gift of Acceptance. Accept where you are right here in this moment. Take gratitude in all that you’ve been through and overcome, and all that you are. Realize how it’s a miracle you exist and that this journey is one to be enjoyed.  Be patient with yourself.

Friendship and true love starts at home, and it starts with you. Once you feel content with your own friendship and unconditional love, you will begin to realize you’ve already found a golden friendship and true love. They say that the best relationship you can have is with yourself. Next to that is your relationship with the people in your inner circle. That same unconditional love you’ve nurtured towards yourself is now available for others.

Fear Is Overrated, Pursue Your Higher Calling!

I don’t have the money, I don’t have the time, I don’t have the experience or skillset,  it’s too late, it’s too risky, I don’t have the connections or support, there are other people who are more qualified than me,  and the list goes on and on.

Ever heard of these excuses? Do they sound familiar? These are some things people tell themselves for why they can’t pursue their dreams.

Today I’m going to share with you why you shouldn’t let fear, doubt, or even your Ego get in the way of you pursuing your higher calling.

When Ego Tries To Get In The Way

When people are scared of pursuing their higher calling, it’s because they haven’t distanced themselves enough from their false sense of self. You are not the one that’s afraid, the true essence of you isn’t the one doubting your capabilities and talent.

It is your Ego that is afraid. What it is that you’re wanting to do is something that goes beyond your Ego, something that is closer to your soul, or your higher self’s aspirations and plans. The Ego is who you think are, and if you’re wanting to do something that’s ‘out of character,’ then your ego will try to trick you into being afraid. It will try to convince you to have this fear of failure or even fear of success. When really it’s an aspect of your ego that’s afraid of being left behind.

The mind can create all kinds of constraints and barriers, and somehow make it seem logical. But it’s all a mind-construct, it’s just a way of thinking. A thought pattern can easily be broken through persistence and awareness.

When people experience Ego death, they have transformed, transcended, or killed an old part of themselves that wasn’t serving in any positive way. It’s like killing off a character that had no real purpose for existing other than trying to hinder you from going beyond the limits you or others might’ve placed upon yourself in the past. We as humans have a tendency to place limits upon ourselves or beliefs that limit us in some way, and it’s totally unnecessary! Ask yourself: who said this? What proof do you really have that supports this belief or limit? Did God say it Himself?

We tend to project our fears onto others and assume that they believe these things about us so therefore we shouldn’t even try. But how many of these beliefs are self-imposed? You’d be surprised to know that many or most of those beliefs are fears your own mind has conjured up, causing you to believe that they’re true. But it’s just f.e.a.r. False evidence appearing real. Most of these beliefs aren’t or wouldn’t even be true, had we not put so much energy or attention on it. Our consciousness is what charges things, ideas, and thoughts into materializing into our reality. “Where Focus Goes, Energy Flows.”

When People Doubt You

Sometimes negative thoughts don’t come from your own mind, sometimes you are actually sensing somebody’s thoughts towards you. I know I just said what i did earlier, but this part is true so I might as well bring it up. And so what if others have told you many times that you couldn’t do or achieve something. Did you believe them? Have you allowed yourself to CHOOSE to believe in what they are saying, instead of what your own heart is telling you to do? It’s a choice. It’s always a choice. Nobody should let anybody tell them what they can or can’t achieve, because if they did we wouldn’t have everything that we have now.

Doctors, scientists, writers, poets, painters, entrepreneurs, don’t you think that at some point they or somebody else has ever doubted them? Did they let that stop them?

When The Biggest Doubter Is Yourself

The worst critic in the world can be your own self. You are indeed the one who’s 100% with you all of the time. Sometimes, we fear pursuing what we love because we feel like we’ll fail at it and the thought of that might make us hate what we once loved. With me, it was writing. My mind would come up with many reasons why I shouldn’t be a writer, why I’m not good enough. But no matter how much these voices tried to convince me to stop, I couldn’t. I kept naturally gravitating back to it, without thinking, without forcing myself to.

It was like I needed it like I need oxygen to breathe. When I realized how much I still loved writing, whether the days are bright or dim, that’s when I knew it was truly me. It’s a part of who I am. This is what I’m meant to do. This was the tool I’ve chosen to express my essence. So for those who are clairvoyants, healers, shamans, writers, painters, musicians, whatever—when something is truly You, you can’t turn it off. You take it with you everywhere you go, there’s no escaping it. So why not just embrace this gift you’ve been given? This is the very gift you are meant to give to others! Pursue your higher calling.

As Long As The Universe Supports You, That’s All You Need

When you choose to walk in the divine plan and pursue your soul’s purpose, the Universe will make room for you. The Universe can conspire and make things happen. Opportunities will knock at your door, or you can knock at the door and be welcomed right in. By pursuing your dream with love and passion, being driven by love instead of fear, nothing can stand in the way of your destiny. When things are meant to be, everything will naturally fall into place.

Why You Should Believe In Your Dreams

Why should you believe in your dreams?

Because everything we have now was once a dream, a vision, something that came from the realm of possibility. Everything you see around you was once an idea, a product from somebody’s imagination. And through belief, and unwavering perseverance they brought it into this physical realm. Manifested it into their reality.

This ability is inside of all of us. Most people don’t know that they truly have the power to change their own lives, to make their dreams a reality. And it’s all because they didn’t allow themselves to believe. Faith is not everything, but it’s hope that keeps us going and drives us on when the times get tough. Giving up is the quickest way to failure. There’s no other way around it. People who give up on their dreams, give away their chances of ever succeeding in making them a reality. Sometimes Failure comes first before Success shows up. That doesn’t mean you should throw in the towel at the first fail.

If you think about it, there are infinite universes with endless possibilities that can become different realities in parallel universes. I know that’s a mouthful, but it’s true. Scientists are discovering these other universes and dimensions (CERN). There are multi-universes and in these universes, whatever possibility that could happen has already happened or is happening. That possibility is true.  So imagine, you are already living this dream of yours in one of these universes. You have to be, because it’s possible, right? Perhaps that’s one of the reasons why you have this strong desire to make this dream a reality! Because an aspect of your consciousness is aware of that reality already existing, and your heart wishes to merge with this reality. Consciousness is not bound by time and space. Burt Goldman is the founder of Quantum Jumping, he has mastered the ability to jump into parallel universes and meet his alternate selves. He’s now a successful author, artist, musician, and photographer. And he’s only 89! He believed he could be anything he wanted, and when he saw himself living out one of his dreams, he knew it was possible for him too.

Somebody (a version of you) has to live out this possibility, right? If this dream is something you can’t imagine not doing or pursuing, if this is something you can’t imagine living life without or doing anything other than this, then it may be meant for this you to live out this dream.

This dream could be your soul’s calling. This version of you, right now, will live this life as *insert your name* only once. Sure, your soul never dies. Just like energy can never be destroyed or created, and we are made up of energy. But still, this current identity you have will only be once. The many versions of you throughout the universes will only be once. Out of all of you, don’t you want to be the one who lives their life full of meaning? That does what you once thought impossible? You can do it. The fact that you even have this vision of being *insert whatever* and not something else, means that you know deep down it’s possible. You are just afraid. It’s your Ego’s false sense of self that makes you think you can’t do something but the real you is Capable.

In the next post, I will write about why Ego tries to get in the way of you and your dreams.

Lucid Dream 1#

Today I’m going to do something a little different. I’m going to write about a lucid dream I had a few months ago. I think it was on the verge of an OBE.

June 3, 2016

I am in my kitchen. The lights are off, but it’s daytime. I can see the morning light flitting out through the little window. I walk over to the kitchen table and I see there’s a box of tissues. I start to grab two tissues as if this is routine when suddenly I feel an awareness wash over me and I realize ‘wait, this is a dream. Since I’m lucid dreaming , I should grab a third tissue, just to show myself I am aware.’ So I grab a third tissue.

I walk over to our dining room and stare out this huge window. Even though i didn’t touch the curtains or move the blinds away, somehow I can still see outside my backyard. The sun is shining incredibly bright, so bright that I don’t stare at it directly and instead take notice of the ground. The vivid, lush green of the grass,  the spring-green of the leaves on the trees swaying back and forth from a gentle breeze. This beautiful scene puts a smile on my face. Everything looks bright and peaceful, it makes me feel hope. Then I remembered I was lucid dreaming, and was gonna try and change the landscape.

So I thought to myself “Where would I want to go?” and my mind races. Paris comes to my mind (in real life I’ve always wanted to visit that place) so I closed my dream eyes (and everything went dark as if I really closed my eyes!) and tried to concentrate on that place.  I close my eyes for a split second, truly believing something is going to happen…

When suddenly I feel my dream body ascending. I open my dream eyes and see I am floating. Hovering just above the floor.  I feel so excited that I forgot to stay focused and I floated towards the window. I tried flying higher but I start leaning forward.  Leaning, leaning until my dream-body flows right through the window as if I’m a spirit not bound by physics. I’m falling.  My dream body tumbles over and over until I land on the ground on my back. One of the sensations I feel isn’t pain but icy coldness. The location hasn’t changed but the grass looks different. I look at the ground and notice patches of snow everywhere, where there wasn’t before. After the fall, I started losing my awareness. I felt my control over myself and the dream was weakening. Suddenly a man appears behind me. I think he sort of tackled me to the ground. Maybe I tackled him first. I remember the faint sensation of cold ice on my hands and shoulders. The man is smiling and so am I. I got him pinned down with my hands on his wrists.  I remember asking him a question and he gave me an answer. He flips us over, with me pinned down and asks me a question. Which I give an answer to. Then he gets up, holds out his hand to help me up. I grab it and stand up. We start running, at incredible speeds, everything literally looking like its zooming by too fast. Weird music starts playing in the background. I remember him saying words over and over again. But my mind is clear which sentence it was.

Nobody’s going to find you, or I’m going to find you

But anyway, when I woke up from the dream, I felt so happy for some reason. Before the dream, I had been feeling pretty low. I think I heard from somewhere that when one has experienced an OBE, it affects their vibration, raising it higher. The best thing about this dream was that weird sensation of floating, feeling weightless, and that aspiration to fly higher and soar and do whatever I wish, travel to anywhere I wish. The scene with the sunlight and the grass and trees, it made me feel like nothing was impossible. Like there was a bright future and things are worth hoping for.

I’ve yet to experience something like a real OBE, but after having that dream it makes me feel like it’s all the more possible.

Maybe I’ll start writing more about my dreams on here.

How To Break Old Patterns

Everything is about patterns. Life is a series of patterns. We are all repeating ourselves, our patterns, our archetypes, life after life. We are all characters  on a stage we call Life.

I  know what it means to be afraid of a same old pattern repeating itself, always ending with the same unsatisfying result. I’ve been there. Especially with friendships, I’d be afraid of making new friends because I thought somehow I would end up losing them. And guess what? That’s exactly what would happen. There was always something, they moved away, our parents didn’t get along with theirs, I wasn’t ‘cool’ enough, we didn’t have much in common so we grew apart, etc…so what I feared the most is what would happen.

I had developed this belief that I wasn’t worthy of friends. That somehow I was just doomed to a fate without true friends. But eventually I realized that it’s not the circumstances that cause the same pattern to repeat itself, we are the same pattern that keeps repeating itself. We carry these beliefs in our pockets, so-to-speak, everywhere we go.  And those beliefs end up becoming our reality. The beliefs start to manifest and become real-like, because we have allowed ourselves to think that their real. We’ve given our will to this false belief.

It’s like the new situations in life are the stage props and new people are the new characters. They are the only things that are different, and yet we as the main characters in our story haven’t changed (because we carry these old beliefs in our pockets). And so the story or situation will end just like the previous one did. Because the main character made a choice (consciously or subconsciously) that they will stay the same, and therefore the story must end the same way. The old pattern repeats itself.

But we can choose to create a new pattern, become that new pattern, and the story shall follow suit.

How do we do this:

1) Setting the Intention: By setting your will to do something different, something that you haven’t done before.

2) Taking Action: Actions define who you are. You are what you do.

Here is an example: say someone wishes to quit smoking.

First, they have to set their intention and declare to themselves they are consciously making the decision to quit smoking, once and for all.

Second, they need to visualize themselves actually doing the action of quitting. They have to realize that they will need to throw away all the cigarettes. And every time that they go out to the store, or whatever, they’ll need to avoid them. When someone offers them one, they’ll have to decline.

Third, make all of this a reality. Walk this out. Do your best to combine your Intention to quit smoking with the Action of avoiding the opportunity to smoke.

Now that third one might be easier said than done. It’s because the person has become accustomed to smoking, it might be a nervous habit, something that they do to calm down their nerves. Something to distract them from all the stress in their life. So we need something else to fill in the void.

Fourth, find a better solution. Breathing techniques can help this person relieve their stress. Meditation, yoga, peaceful music, even herbal tea could help relieve anxiety. White ginseng is another good substitute. You can do your own research.

The only thing that could determine whether or not the story ends the same way, is you. You would say that you are a different person now, then you were six months ago, right? By now, you carry some new beliefs in your pockets than the half a year ago you did. When you go to the same places, things are a bit different. In similar situations you’ve had before, you might now make a different choice instead of the one you used to make, and so the result becomes different than last time.

Things can be different if you are different.  Intentions and Actions are the only things that can determine your life’s pattern. If your intention is to not repeat your old patterns or somebody else’s, you have to take action of doing something different that makes you different. You have to do something that sets you apart, that makes you truly an individual. Introducing something new, something that’s better, you are creating a life with better results.

“When patterns are broken, new worlds emerge.”
